Know this before you start
Your task
Count every visible white dot, then choose the total from five answers. In practice the display freezes after an answer so you can review it.
Keep in mind
Following a single dot for too long can make you count another twice. A higher total requires a wider, more systematic scan.
Technique & worked examples
Try easy practice first. Develop a repeatable counting scan, then move to medium and hard. Use both accuracy and counting time to compare attempts.
Session format & results
Practice: Easy 5–10, Medium 10–15, Hard 16–20. Test: 15 questions in up to three minutes, five at each level, results at the end.
Practice gives immediate feedback. Test progression is fixed, with results only at the end. Local results are practice measurements, not official scores or predictions of selection.
Controls, fullscreen & privacy
Use on-screen controls or the keyboard shortcuts shown in the exercise. Full screen is available after starting and expands only the exercise; devices without browser fullscreen use focus mode. Finishing or leaving returns you to the site.
No account or score upload. Session history is optional and stays on your device. Interview notes and individual personality responses are not saved in that history.
Sources & independence
The task concept is informed by public preparation instructions, not verified specifications for current selection tests.
