Know this before you start

Your task

Drag the position dot to steer, or use arrows/WASD. Use minus and plus to adjust forward speed. On impact, stop briefly and bounce back before continuing toward the barrier.

Keep in mind

Chasing the opening at the last instant can cause overshoot. The centre and outer wall are obstacles too.

Technique & worked examples

Begin slowly and look ahead to the next opening. Anticipate its rotation and make smooth corrections. Speed remains under your control. Increasing speed makes steering respond faster and gates rotate faster; slowing down reduces both.

Session format & results

No lives limit. Speed from 0.3 to 10 local units. Collisions briefly stop and bounce you back; the session continues until time expires or you finish. Timings and physics are practice settings.

Review the debrief before repeating. Compare attempts using the same device and settings. Local results are practice measurements, not official scores or predictions of selection.

Controls, fullscreen & privacy

Use on-screen controls or the keyboard shortcuts shown in the exercise. Full screen is available after starting and expands only the exercise; devices without browser fullscreen use focus mode. Finishing or leaving returns you to the site.

No account or score upload. Session history is optional and stays on your device. Interview notes and individual personality responses are not saved in that history.

Sources & independence

The task concept is informed by public preparation instructions, not verified specifications for current selection tests.
