Know this before you start
Your task
Read each statement and reflect on your typical behaviour rather than an idealised candidate image.
Keep in mind
Trying to reverse-engineer a preferred personality can produce inconsistent and unhelpful answers.
Technique & worked examples
Consider ordinary situations over time. Be honest about both strengths and areas you are developing.
Session format & results
Twelve unscored reflection statements. No personality profile or hiring recommendation is generated. Individual choices are not saved in the session log.
Review the debrief before repeating. Compare attempts using the same device and settings. Local results are practice measurements, not official scores or predictions of selection.
Controls, fullscreen & privacy
Use on-screen controls or the keyboard shortcuts shown in the exercise. Full screen is available after starting and expands only the exercise; devices without browser fullscreen use focus mode. Finishing or leaving returns you to the site.
No account or score upload. Session history is optional and stays on your device. Interview notes and individual personality responses are not saved in that history.
Sources & independence
